Your order will be shipped promptly, unless the item indicates “Made to Order” in the Overview section, which case you will need to allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be created, or if it is a "Custom Order" (see description in Custom Order for details). In most cases, Made to Order items are made within 2-5 days, but do plan on a 1-2 week lead time.
If the item shows available, we will ship within 1 -2 business days. An e-mail will be sent when packaged is shipped with your tracking number.
Orders ship USPS First-Class and listings offer an upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.
Make sure your address is correct! We ship to the address you provide and are not responsible for delays and returns due to an incorrect address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The USPS delivery standard for domestic first class mail is 1 - 4 business days, however, the delivery time can be sporadic.
So, while most packages arrive MUCH sooner, we will allow up to 2 weeks for Domestic delivery and 4 - 5 weeks for International packages before resending or refunding an order.
Please remember that shipping times around any holiday can be unpredictable and Priority Upgrades are recommended for faster delivery. The Post Office does not guarantee delivery on anything except Express (1-2 days for domestic and 3-5 days for International), but Priority has a good track record with its 1-3 day delivery. Please select Express method of deliver if you want your item to arrive within 1-2 days (domestic)/ 3-5 days (international).

CAN YOU SHIP OVERNIGHT?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer same day processing for overnight shipping. However, we are willing to work with you to expedite your order. Please contact us ahead of time if you feel you will need such service.
Upon your item being ready (See YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED PROMPTLY) we can ship Priority Express if you select this method of shipment, which delivers next day to most locations and 2 days to other domestic sites and 3-5 days for international locations. Please contact us ahead of time if you feel you will need such service.
DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS?
Yes, shipping costs are automatically combined.
Shipping costs are an average and include the cost of packaging.
Weights are difficult to estimate because of the range of weights and sizes of the different items we offer. Shipping includes a packaging and handling cost. On combined orders, overages over $2 will be refunded.
IS MY PACKAGED INSURED?
Shipments are not insured for loss and we are not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the Post Office or any other shipper. If you would like your package insured, you must contact us before ordering.
1. TIME: We cannot estimate time in shipment, international packages can be held at your country's customs office for inspection which will increase shipping time. Packages can take from a week to five weeks to arrive.
2 CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES: Please be aware customs fees may be assessed. Purchasers are responsible for any customs fees or duties. Residents of the UK may have up to a 20% tax charged on the value of their purchase over £15 plus an £8 handling charge on imported goods.
3. SHIPPING COST: International shipping costs are determined by ounce and are impossible to determine with complete accuracy before cutting and packaging. If our estimate is less than the actual shipping cost, we will contact you before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, notifications must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please take pictures of the damaged item and shipping box. Include your order number and contact information. Not all items may be replaced or refunded.
The Post Office does not guarantee delivery on anything except Express (1-2 days for domestic and 3-5 days for International), therefore we cannot guarantee or refund shipments that do not arrive by the expected delivery date. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details. Express shipment not delivered on time will be disputed with the Post Office and refunds will be issued upon receipt of refund from the USPS.
RETURNS RESTOCKING / HANDLING FEE. We accept returns if we are notified within 24 hours of the receipt of the purchase and return package is postmarked within 3 days of notification. Item must be returned in the same condition and manner in which it was shipped. Boxed items must be returned in the original packaging. You must contact us before returning any items. You are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the purchase amount, MINUS a 15% restocking fee. Outbound shipping cost is not refunded.

$20.00, per topper, non-refundable security deposit is required for all custom orders. Deposit is applied to the final cost of your topper when purchased. Balance and shipping will be cashed out at the time the order for the finished topper is placed. Custom orders will ship only after order for complete topper (including shipping) has been processed.
Once you have purchased your custom order (https://www.etsy.com/listing/258545041/custom-cake-topper?ref=shop_home_active_5), please check Etsy conversations or your email frequently for communications and questions from our designer. This is our way of communicating with your while your topper is being created.
Prices may vary for custom orders depending on the design. If you have selected an item from our shop and are only requesting, for example, a letter/number change, color change (not all colors may be available) prices will be the same to those posted on our shop for that item. However, price may increase if additional features being added or modifications being requested. Designs not featured in our shop are considered new designs.
Photos of final product and price will be communicated upon completion of topper. Topper prices are based on material used (included material originally requested and used, but later asked to exchange for something else) and labor. Buyer can request price updates and price options prior to making a design change request.
Upon agreement of final design, listing will be posted in Etsy, and link will be sent to buyer. Price will reflect a credit for the deposit previously paid. Buyer has two weeks from the date the item was posted to make final purchase. Any custom toppers not purchased within the two week period will be published in Etsy shop and made available to the public for purchase.
